1.Terms of business
By using Soteria Roofing’s services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Once a deposit has been paid, these terms will apply for the duration of the project.
2. Health & Safety
Health and Safety is our number one priority at Soteria Roofing. The outlined rules that surround scaffolding are non-negotiable to ensure staff and customers are safe.
Scaffolding services are provided by a third-party company, if requested we can disclose the company providing such services. This third party is expected to have all the necessary insurances and liability requirements. Soteria Roofing will only request such information annually.
3. Site working hours
Work hours are set from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Any variations require prior agreement between both parties.
4. Quotations
We offer free site visits and quotations, provided the property is owned by you or you have the appropriate authority to approve any proposed works. Following the visit, we will provide a free comprehensive quotation, valid for 30 days.
5. Guarantees
Guarantees for work performed will be provided upon the receipt of the final payment. The duration and terms of guarantees will be clearly outlined in the final agreement.
6. Payment terms
A 10% deposit is required to secure your project within our schedule. A further 40% interim payment will be due upon assembly of the scaffolding or prior to works commencing. The remaining 50% balance is payable in full upon completion of the project and before the scaffolding is removed. Please note that payment terms may vary for larger-scale projects and will be confirmed within your quotation or contract documentation.
7.Toilet access
We politely ask that toilet access is available throughout the duration of the project, we respect and understand that customers may refuse the right. In that instance, we expect you to cover the costs of a portable toilet. Costs for this are £32/week + charges for delivery, collection and cleaning services.
8. Photography use / social media
By accepting this quotation, you acknowledge and provide consent for images of the work completed at your property to be shared on our social media platform. Should you prefer not to have any images used, please inform us prior to commencement of the work.
