I first came across the Soteria team when they replaced my next door neighbour's roof almost 2 years ago. They were polite & very considerate of all the neighbours & did a very good job. They appeared to work well together as a team. I was very pleased when I realised that they replace Velux windows & they have replaced a 30+year old velux window at the end of November & December 2025. I'm delighted with their work. They were again very polite & considerate, arrived on time & cleared up well after themselves - apart from the new window I wouldn't have known they'd been. We were impressed watching Soteria work on a neighbours roof and following quotes, chose them to fit a new roof for our house including dormers. They were extremely professional from Ricky's initial inspection, (using a drone), to completion of the job. Some unexpected issues came up during the job, but they were all solved with minimum delays and fuss. There was a slight delay in starting the job due a knock on from bad weather with previous jobs but once started the job went well, even though some terrible weather meant about 5 days extra was required for completion. We cannot recommend Soteria Roofing highly enough. From the outset Ricky was very clear and transparent about suitable options for our new roof, and gave us a number of options with pros/cons and helped us make the right choice with zero pressure. The quality of the work is exceptional - everyone who works for Soteria has the same professional and friendly attitude and attention to detail. We feel massively relieved and very lucky to have found Soteria. It’s such a significant investment and there are many companies who will queue up to take money from you but not meet expectations. Happy to say that Soteria are world class at what they do. Ironically, because they’ve done such an amazing job, we probably won’t ever need their services again! We cannot fault Ricky and the team for completing our roof renovation and replacing the fascia boards and guttering. We had avoided doing this work for a number of years due to family commitments and costs, but over the past year we were finally in a position to seek quotes. We had several companies come out – some gave reasonable quotes, others didn’t show up after viewing, and a few even commented that it was “a big roof.” From start to finish, Ricky and the team were extremely professional at every stage of the process. Their communication and paperwork were second to none – clear, consistent, and reassuring, so we always knew exactly where we stood. Roofs are never cheap, so we chose a company whose work we’d already seen locally in Keynsham – and we’re so glad we did. The finish is superb, and people have even stopped to compliment us on our new roof! The hard work, professionalism, and friendly attitude of the Soteria Roofing team are second to none. I came across Ricky and Soteria Roofing through my work as a Structural Engineer. I've always really impressed with their work - they clearly take great pride in their job. I regularly recommend Soteria Roofing to friends and to clients. I recently had the pleasure of using them to do some work on my own house - installing three Velux windows in my attic space as part of a loft conversion I have been undertaking. Ricky & Charlotte are wonderful to work with and their communication is brilliant - they’ll quickly get back to any questions and provide clear, direct answers & solutions. Ricky was available to us throughout the project from start to finish, stopping-by to provide updates in-person, sharing pics from the days developments and sending progress report voice notes. We felt super reassured throughout. Ricky is professional, friendly, honest and up-front, which is very much appreciated.
